Welding refers to a processing method in which the welded parts are combined by heating or pressure. According to the different welding process, welding methods can be divided into pressure welding, fusion welding and brazing three categories, among which arc welding in fusion welding is the most common application.
Fusion welding: Welding process in which the base metal to be welded is melted without pressure to form a weld.
Pressure welding: A method in which pressure (heated or not heated) must be applied to the weldment to complete the welding process, including solid welding, hot pressure welding, forging welding, diffusion welding, pressure welding and cold pressure welding.
Brazing: using a metal material lower than the base metal melting point as a solder, the solder and solder are heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the solder, but lower than the melting point of the base metal, the liquid solder is used to wet the base metal, fill the joint gap, and spread with the base metal to realize the connection of the solder. According to the use of solder, can be divided into hard brazing and soft brazing two categories.
